The Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership qualification aims to build strategic management and leadership abilities in managers who have the authority and personal characteristics to translate corporate strategy into effective operational performance. This qualification represents the current practice in Strategic Management and Leadership, allowing students to improve and broaden their high-level understanding of strategic management and leadership in the workplace. This qualification is appropriate for mature students who are with a background of academia or industry. In addition to theoretical basics, this qualification places a strong emphasis on practical skills development. Successful completion of this course will provide learners, the necessary skills and capabilities to become effective strategic managers. This programme consists of four mandatory and two optional units covering a range of business topics with a total of 120 credits for the entire programme.

Entry Requirements:
- An honours degree or relevant Level 6 Diploma or an equal qualification.

- Mature students (over 21) having substantial management level experience.
- English language competency

Successful completion of the Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership leads students to move forward into their employment, as well as into their education.
