The primary goal of the Level 7 Diploma in Business and Organisational Psychology qualification is to provide a solid foundation of the theory and practical skills needed to apply in psychological researches, business tools, and methods in a wide range of organisations and corporate cultures. The scope of this qualification includes all the key business tasks and how they are interconnected and integrated to inform organisational culture, foster critical thinking, and contribute to strategic decision making. This programme consists of six mandatory units covering a range of topics with a total of 120 credits for the entire programme.
