Entry Requirements
Academic Entry:
GCE A/L or equivalent (such as UK A-Levels, IB Diploma, or 12th-grade schooling)
Minimum pass in Mathematics or a related technical subject
Completion of a relevant Level 3 qualification in Construction or Engineering
Mature Entry (21+ years):
Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience (construction, site management, QS roles)
Subject to academic interview and submission of a statement of purpose
English Language Proficiency:
IELTS 5.5 or equivalent for non-native English speakers
Or pass an internal English placement test administered by BGS
